Quite often when i log onto the Board it comes up showing the 19th of January, any idea why this happens?ss

If you are leaving your computor on or your settings are not clearing your history folder you will display the last viewed page at the address, refreshing will display the current view, options are to set history delete and tempory folder delete on shut down or to set the browser to check for an updated page for an existing address.. (control panel, internet options, temp internet files, settings, check for newer versions of stored page, check any box other than never)

Hope this helps, one note, to set history and temp folder delete, you will lose you user names/passwords etc, possibly best to use second option...
