WELL......im so surprised! Its seems everyone had a pretty good time in pamps. I however was very disappointed, i so should have hooked up with pamporovo pete, cos by the sounds of things he livened up many a holiday! Im not sure if it was cos im so into my boarding that the very poor equipment and the lack of snow on the more advanced runs did hinder my good impression of pamps. Totally understand your disappointment Sarah as the conditions were awful. It's only because I know so many people there that I had such a great time. Around every corner is a friend and that makes it so special.I would never again go at Xmas time as we love our skiing and I'm really lucky to be going to Pamporovo again in just 4 weeks time.
Chin up mate - give it another chance next year, but plump for end of Jan - beginning of Feb where the snow is a certainty.

I don't think I heard of it... was it a bit out of the way? We stayed pretty central so there was always something going on. I hope you give it another go so probably New Year onwards is a better bet. We're certainly going again when there's lots of snow... I know now that beginners, hangovers and icy runs are not a good combination!

hiit was bout 1 km out only 30 min walk which we didnt mind...think we must have just missed every1!! it has put us off BG a bit wich is disappointing as we loved Boro. Def think it was snow related in the majority tho...so may be tempted back again one day if the price and snow is right!!

i stayed at the snezhanka-big mistake..i dont know why they renovated it was in good condition before!i think they are trying to make it look like the orlovets for some reason.but anyway-we arrived and it was not half finished, my whole bus were complaining the next day!but other than that it was an amazing holiday-it just gets better in that place!cant wait till go back next xmas (hopefully)!!

sarah thats a shame stayed at the snezhanka last year realy nice hotel.other Sarah give bansko a try realy good skiing best time though as pete saud late Jan to early March, give pamps a try again in Jan you can get some realy good deals Iam sure you will enjoy it.

Also in the Snezhanka, before being moved to the Perlik.Like Sam said it was really nice hotel last year. The importent thing is that you had a good time, I know I did even if the snow conditions were more suited to Ice hockey.
