I see that they had snow in Pamps at NY last year but is that normal? As it's lower than Boro and Bansko do they get much?
I've skied Boro and Bansko and fancied an extra week at New Year with the kids, 16, 14, and 12.... I've probably left it too late to get anything now, but what is Pamps like at New Year.
The kids are all beginners so don't need enormous pistes but I would rather that they see some snow. My partner didn't like learning on the narrow ...

it better ski at New Year I am going too, you cannot guarentee it but I believe for the last 15 or so years its snowed, and looking at the web cams today the snow is falling again....
I was in Pamporovo last year over new year, the very lowest slopes had poor cover for the first couple of days but improved a lot over the week with heavy snow. . However the upper slopes recieved some nice powder, and there are still gentle blues and greens available. My girlfriend had only skied once before over 10 years ago and she managed getting the lift straight to the top.
I may be wrong but going on the previous years weather reports it does seem to have began snowing ealier, thats not to say it will stop the sun will come out and it will all melt before the New year, but I am sure it will be fine - too many people praying for it for it not to be
