Well it's pretty good and it's only going to get better, avoid Malina like the plague as there is no snow past the new 4 man chair lift. but all the other runs are going to be great once this snow is groomed. Low temperatures and snow forecast will give you guys out next week fab skiing.
Well before it went dark I saw the snow fans at studenets working and it's 22:30 local time and snowing still! Stoytike was good today and there is niow plenty of snow where the runs were open. I think people seen 20/30 cm reported on pamporovo website and panic, as did us, granted it's not ideal, but it's probably equivillant to 60/70cm in bansko/ borovets with the difference in mountain, no rocks etc to worry about here
Arrived at 10pm last night. The place is dead and the castle pub has even shut for the season. A few on the slopes but quite frankly not sure why they're bothering. The snow is poor; either icy or slush where the sun is already doing its work at 10.15am. The snow is brown and thin at Studenets, I've not gone lower yet. It desperately needs a big fall of snow, and low temperatures. Hopefully the forecast snow tonight turns up - please!!!

Sorry for being slightly negative btw - being a Pamps veteran of around 10 years I don't think I've ever seen it so bad, but I think it's important to be honest!
Much better on the mountain today. I'd say between 20-30 cm in places although only a few cm down towards the bottom at malina and Stoikite. It's actually been snowing all day, with varying intensity although it's still not all that cold with temps hovering just above freezing for most of the day. It's due to get a lot colder tonight though so tomorrow should be a great day. No new pistes have been opened yet although Green 6 is open all the way down to Malina again now with varying piste ...

It's due to get a lot colder tonight though so tomorrow should be a great day. No new pistes have been opened yet although Green 6 is open all the way down to Malina again now with varying piste conditions. People have been going down the closed pistes too where there is enough cover. The snow seems to have stopped now and it's become very misty. The forecast is for more tonight into the morning however so let's see I guess.
