Is there a good chance of decent snow in Pamps at end of December?

i went mid january
by the looks of the webcam there seems to be a lot more in feb
not sure about end of december

we want to go over xmas to the pamporovo but we are not sure if snow at that time,never any garantie to it.

We went 26th Dec, there was snow but the pistes were very poor. we have booked for Feb for next year.
