Hotels in Boro and Pamps

Hi all,

Lookin at bookin a flight for the 8th of march... heard the now mite be good but thats all i know.... Which is better Boro or Pamps? Rila hotel is (on one site) mean to be the best hotel in boro... and iv heard nothing but bad things on it.... skiin better in boro but hotels etc seem better in Pamps... im lost and bookin tonight...whats ta do!

Also im only a medium skiier.... 2gold medals not!

So which is the way to go? And whats the best hotel to stay in both? Its a couples hol but we is mad as a brush....

There is a group of 30 of us, goin to pamps 8th March - mostly couples - mix of ability - some 3rd yr boarding in pamps in march, and we love it.

hey karl,

theres 20 of us headin to Borvets on saturday from Dublin ixed ability in our group.

i hear the night life is much better in Boro, also i know the Rila got mixed reports but its hard to gague how accurate these are. its biggest down fall seems to be its food
a group of friends came back from Pamps last weekend and although they enjoyed the skiing they thought that it was a bit dead come 10 pm??

Hi,

Borovets was awesome. Pub etc only really get going at around 11pm.

For a more friendly hotel check out the Ela. Was there in Jan (as well as a night in the Rila) and it was always clean and right next to the Gondola. Only probs were that the food was luke warm (at best) but that's a general problem in the whole of Bulgaria. Only plus for the Rila was that it had a bath (although water was brown in colour when we were there) and the food was just as bad.

20 heading on the 8th? or this sat? Yeah the nightlife in Boro sounds alot better, hotels sounds alot better in Pamps.... which is more expensive? Boro food sounds V exp from forums.... Ski hire costs? Slopes? Sorry i have loads of questions b4 i makes my decision 2nite!

Will der be snow? lol
