Pamps or Chepelare in Summer

Had a fantastic time skiing in Pamps 30th Jan to 06th Feb and would like to know if anyone has visited in summer!
Thinking of buying property and need to see in different season, any advice anyone?
Would also like to learn the language .. any speak Bulgarian?

If you go to Chepelare try hotel Karov Great people, likewise atmosphere & food. Reasonable price too. All their details at website.
