Snowtox, I take my hat of to your attitude, I know you can't legislate for the weather but even I would be slighly disappointed if I went on a sking holiday and couldn't ski. I suppose there is alway the pub if conditions get really bad.
Not sure if there are any already but I wish some one would start doing Mountain Bike hire and tours, these might be popular at the end of the season, another option rather than worrying about the snow. I'm going out on Sat also and would hire a bike, I saw some bike route signs on the trees on way to lifts.
Does anyone know if it's possible to hire bikes??
The cross country tracks would be good for families.
Going on saturday as well. According to the Snezhanka Hotel website they hire bikes. So I may be doing some mountain biking as well. Bring the bike to the top on the lift and cycle down. Should be a bit mad.
I think they need to provide more things to do if ski conditions are poor. Mountain biking, big outdoor heated pool down at ski centre 2 with deck chairs for the good weather. Any other suggestions?
An ice cream van and some sunbeds to hire out would be good.
Though I guess it wouldn't be long before the towels went out on them early in the morning and you wouldn't be able to get one for love nor money.
I am currently working on a ski with a ball bearing bottom so it wont matter if there is snow or not
lol I stayed in the Kempinski the other week and I would like to award the towels on sunbeds/loungers award in the Spa area to the Brits, we beat the Germans hands down, its embarrassing to watch.
is the snow conditioons that bad? heard that there was over 100cm of snow at Bansko? havnt booked yet maybe il look elsewhere which would be a pity want to check out Bulgaria!
