Bulgaria Ski discussion board

I have considered a visit to Pamps over the last couple of years as have been to Boro and Bansko. Bansko is my fave and I doubt much would change that in terms of BG skiing but would like to try Pamps to see for myself.

With all the moans last year and even more so this year with the poor snow I have not bothered. With flights seemingly being cut from Plovdiv and the mad long transfer from Sofia - I would not fancy it.

I decided to look on the 'other side' as knew it had footage and to see the films shot a few years back was interesting. I love this one:-

I adore it when you get the trees absolutely coated in snow and I have always thought Pamps attractive with its large amount of forestry. Always think the TV tower is quite an eye catcher and it would look quite impressive in photos with snowy trees like that. Watching the DVDs I can see the attraction - when Pamps is like that - let's hope the weather is kinder in the future and it can pick itself up.
