Panorama hotel, Pamporovo, cheap but any good?

Have just about to book a last minute deal and have a great price but its at the Hotel Panorama.

Anyone stayed here before? Am getting conflicting ideas from travel agents.....eek!

stayed there a couple of years ago friendly quiet on a night time as most people go out close to runs shuttle service good.
only fault i found was walls a bit thin you can hear people couple of floors above.
but if you dont mind cheap taxi ride to center.its ok.
i would go back if i got a good deal but we have found some of the better hotels are cheaper if you check out deals.
