We are buying an apartment at Parkside which was due for completion Dec 07. We are just waiting for Act 16 but this has taken forever. Is anyone else buying in this development and do you have any idea whether there is a maximum time limit to these processes?

Have the developers supplied you with frequent updates pics not their oh were x% complete?Maybe they have downed tools due to x qty unsold?

We have received regular information until about 2 weeks ago when I emailed them and have not received a reply. We have visited the site twice and know that all is nearly completed, but we do not know how long it normally takes to receive the permission to inhabit from the municipality (Act 16) and whether there is any other way I can find out how near this is to being signed? I just can't wait to visit Bansko again and holiday in my own place ... hopefully!re: Parkside Bansko
HiHas anybody completed on their apartment yet ? I am buying a 2 bed in Parkside, and have been told the builder is having financial problems and the remaining apartments may be re-possesed by the bank ?

Sorry for the delay in replying. I contacted our notary and she confirmed that other notaries are completing OK on Parkside and she was not aware of problems. Which apartment are you purchasing? Have you been out there lately. We went in January and there were technical problems with the electricity, but we are hoping that it will be back on for when we return in a fortnight. Also, have you submitted a snagging list yet? It would be good if we could contact some other ...

Apt B18, 4th floor. I was out there last year, and the apartment looked ok, but was awaiting the bathrooms and kitchen to be finished.
The reason for my concern is my solicitor has told me to complete as quickly as possible because the builder is facing some "major financial difficulties" , due to the economic downturn etc etc.
Which one are you buying, and what was the block like when you were out in Jan ? Yes i agree regaring a group, especially if there is a problem with ...
