Passport pictures

Can anyone tell us do we need to take passport pictures with us for the ski pass? will this save time when in borovets?
Also has anybody heard anything good about the Rila, as we are worried as we have read pages and pages of awful stuff about the place.

No passport photos are needed in any of the Bulgarian Ski Resorts

How many good reports about the rila have you read?
Remember if you like a service you tell your friends and if you dont like a certain service you tell everyone. If this is true then one good report should cancel out 10 bad ones.
The best bit of advice is dont expect too much of the food and you wont be disappointed (we actually like it lol) you will have a great time. Ive heard that the rila is the best out of the big 2!
