Paul Guinness Apartments Feb

Hi Paul,
if you are on the Board. I talked to you on 6 December and you were going to the Guinness Apartments in February. I said I would get back to you with a review. Unfortunately we fly out tomorrow and we have been moved to another hotel by Balkan Holidays because the access road to the Guinness is not finshed. I am sure it will be finished by February. Probably best to check with your tour operator.
