Paul H! - cold toes

Paul, you replied to my post earlier about which socks are best. What brand are your socks? I'm quite happy to pay more for some good ones, but need to know what I'm looking for - there are so many different kinds.
Thanks to everyonewho replied with advice - please can anyone be more specific about what kind are best?

Snow and rock are selling the thin merionos type made in new zealand about £18.95 a pair

I got some of the sherpa elgon p ones from http://www.junkigear.com/ (if you click on the 'gloves' tab some socks appear on the right, them ones Wink)

I've not tested them properly yet, but have worn them about for comfort & warmth purposes and they're marvellous.
