Perelik - New Links?

We already own property in Boro and Bansko and are currently in the process of buying in Chepelare, which is reported to be linked to Pamps in the near future.Does anyone know the staus of this Perelik development, like when or if it's started and when it's due for completion?

I also am interested in this, i have land in a small village called Progled (its between chepelare and pamps) and we are currently building there. here is something i found on this home page.
Bulgarian company Winter Sport intends to spend some 32 mln euro on the construction of a ski resort near Smolyan, a high-altitude town located 90 km south of Bulgaria's second biggest city, Plovdiv, Dnevnik learned from company owner Kiril Asenov.

The amenities envisaged for the Perelik resort include new ski runs and related facilities and 16 lifts.
Farming minister Nihat Kabil gave Winter Sport the go-ahead last week to acquire a 24 ha site for the project which the company swapped for a bigger land plot, said Asenov.
Winter Sport is ready to invest 2-3 mln levs immediately, putting ski facilities in place for the 2005/2006 winter season.
Smolyan mayor Dora Yankova said in April 2004 that the municipality was looking for a developer ready to stump up the cash for in the Perelik project. Yankova said on Tuesday she was not award of the land swap but described Winter Sport as a 'serious investor.'

Thanks for this info, I had read similar things elsewhere but can find no evidence that this project has started. We've just had a mail from our Lawyer in BG and she saw no signs of work either, although she did say that the local muncipality are buying up land at the moment with a view to building these lifts. Obviously, this will not be done this year and the only two lifts in existance, she say's, are the two old 2 man'ers! If you'de like to share thoughts and info further, ...
