Oh great! Have loads!!!!

We're going the 25th Feb to the 4th Mar 06. I've been looking at the photo's from last year on this site for that time last season - Just hoping snow will be good really.
Is the perelik close to the slopes? (You'll regets saying "fire away" with the q's!)
Another! - Do they have a storage facility at the slopes for boots, skis etc? or does the hotel facilitate this? Really looking forward to it - My husband is a more experienced skier than me so hoping there ...

From what i can see our hotel is right in the centre of the resort so that's really good.

re: Perelik Hotel

The Perelik is the centre of nightlife for the resort. 10 mins by the bus the to lifts or a mad taxi ride. Your skis are stored at the depot of which there are 2(unless they have changed it this season) Snow should be great then. He will find some good blacks but to be honest if he is very good he will ski the resorrt out very quickly.

re: Perelik Hotel

The Perelik isn't bad, I stayed there last year.

Unfortunatley, I got a room right above BJs (had a single room Sad ) and the noise was a bit of a PITA until the wee small hours.

If you ever miss the bus, remember to haggle a bit with the taxi drivers. I seem to recall we ended up paying about 10lv for a cab to the slopes if we missed the bus.

Trying to be polite about another culture here, that I always ensure I show respect to whilst I'm there, the food is rubbish! The Italian ...

For a snack, you can't go far wrong than the Sky bar in the Murgaravets hotel (take the connecting tunnel!).

HTH,

Adam
