Just got back from Mourgavets in Pamps- thought I had Perelik number from other years but cannot find. I took my Mobile and sent a text with the Hotel number and room number as soon as we got there. worked well, my daughter rang me at certain times - not forgetting to add on the 2 hours. Or buy one of their phone cards they are quite inexpensive and give a lot of minutes. Hope this helps,
