I dont know if you caught my earlier comment pete, and i hope you know what your letting yourself in for with a husky!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Having been the tolerated owner of one for some twelve years i can assure you that you are in for an interesting time!! especially with a bitch. Do get fences over 8ft, do not ever attempt to tie dog up with anything less than steel, do not look the other way, oh and they are a bugger for chewing, thats the good part wait until they molt, oh boy are you in ...

I had a husky as a kid. They seem to have this inbuilt urge to pull, the moment you put a lead on them. Mine would walk quite happily alongside me, but the moment I attached his lead, he was off. Used to be great on roller-skates. Took him to many training courses, but just couldn’t get that instinct out of him.Also my mother used to knit jumpers out of his fur.

Was thinking of tying it to the lawn mower, then sit back with an ice cream as it cuts the lawns for me.Ah well, this time tomorrow we will have the little blighter and all hell will no doubt have let loose.
£650 I could have had 2 more weeks skiing for that
