Off to Bansko on the 28th and trying to decide how much spending money i will. Going Self Catering so obviously will need food for the apartment, lunch and dinner daily. Plus enough to have a decent drink at night. all lift passes and ski-hire is paid for so dont need to worry about that. I am budgeting about £400 at the moment, is this realistic or optimistic??

I would take some tins from the UK..ie Curry, Chilli Con Carni etc and a bag of rice. Wont weigh a ton and tides you over for a few days until you get your bearings. Its almost certainly cheaper than buying it at a resort shop. Though I would attempt a liquid diet myself
Is that £400 for one person and 1 week? If so you should be alright but I would definately take at least some food from home - but put it in your suitcase as curry etc in a tin is classed as a liquid!!
