Hi All

I guarantee you will not be ripped off for furniture if you use Furniture Box in Bansko. The people running it are a great bunch of guys and know what is happening with the other companies - believe me, they have helped me out of a fix as I bought through Orpheus and had a few problems to say the least. Their furniture is lovely, very reasonable and accessories good quality.

Let's try to look on the "glass half full" side instead of "half empty". Luckily we can afford to just keep our property and see what happens - hopefully, eventually we will get our money back if they do what they say and expand the runs and build the second lift.
I'm sure the Kempinski chain can't afford to have everything go "belly up" and neither can the people of Bankso/Bulgaria.

re: Phoenix II Bansko

I do not really understand you, guys.

Cheap flights? Where are they? Checking, say, Wizz Air's website, the minimum cost of a return flight is £150. Do you call that cheap?

With the global warming on the increase and less and less snow in Bansko every year, how much snow for skiing will there be in 10 years? Who will be interested in bying your flat then?

re: Phoenix II Bansko

? Well Im flying out in Nov and rtn flights are £44 to 48 with easy jet.
Wizz air was cheaper but the times didnt suit.

As for global warming - Im guessing you dont really understand what will happe. The summers will be much hotter and lots of storms and the winter much colder.

re: Phoenix II Bansko

Do you call £150 return to Sofia from Luton cheap??!!! Eh yes when you consider the distance flown and compare that to a rail journey say, I think £150 is bloody good. By the way I booked early and got 3 returns for just over £200 now that is cheap.

re: Phoenix II Bansko

If I want to get cheap 2010 Winter season flights London to Sofia when should I book?

I see that Easy Jet release their Oct to Mar prices in July but what about Wizz, BA?
