What's the best (cheapest) way to phone home from Bulgaria?
Are there phone cards, are they easy to use, in english ,etc?

yes there are cards you can buy and public phones in hotel lobbies etc., that is probably the cheapest way, but its a while since I used them so not sure of hte cost.
A virgin mobile is 65p per minute which is about the cheapest mobile.
