Organisers of the Pirin run competition on 9th June (a running/bike race to Vihren hut) have increased the MTB distance for this year.
The MTB course will be the backwards direction for Dead dog then a 12km climb on road to Vihren hut.
The Running course will be from the bottom gondola station to Vhiren peak!

This year we have prepared for you a delicious spaghetti charging at special “Pasta party” in Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena, immediately after the technical briefing on Saturday. Enjoy the cooking skills of the Kempinski Chef and the wine of Domaine Boyar in the company of friends, rivals, sponsors, organizers and media. Entrance is free of charge for registered competitors, if you have any guests with you it will cost them 10BGN per person.

Hi Gerry,
Yeah Steve did well with little XC and climbing training this year. Captain is awesome and winning many medals from races all over BG and Greece.
Steves legs were a little sore today but he still went riding with a bunch of locals and newcomers trail busting in the Pirin
I was at the airport again 
Looks like we will not be over until the race weekend as it is Pamporovo opening this weekend then their open cup and then Boro!! See you then. Oh and if you need more ...

May use the apartment if thats ok with you n Sandra for that weekend as will benefit us being in resort ensuring we get in as many practice runs as possible.

Hi Wen, no problem for the apartment and you know sauasages and bacon are always welcome, we have finished the last of the sausages and the bacon is nearly gone.See you soon. x
