Plovdiv airport

Does anyone know why there are no flights to Plovdiv anymore?

Flew to Plovdiv last year but flying to Sofia on Saturday which means our transfer is over four hours!! Sad

Ive tried both Crystal & Thompson they only fly to sofia from uk. Does anyone know why Plodiv isn't been used this season?
