Poor show snow

I know we're in desperate need of some good snow by the looks of the webcams, I just wondered if anyone could tell me if it's an icy patch or whether the snow has actually melted right through to the grassy surface beneath at the top of the Sitnyakovo Express?
Just can't quite tell on the webcam! I'd love it to be neither but I know it's just proof of the poor conditions at the moment!

Was fine up there last Friday and would have taken a big melt to do any serious harm to the conditions, can't get at the cams from work but guess it is packed down into ice due to traffic.
