Possible to hire ski equip/lessons in Borovets?

I am having trouble getting Profi Lts, who advertise on Bulgariaski.com to do me a ski package. Basically they wont answer my emils. Very poor business practice and this will probably stop me returning next year!

Is it possible to hire the equipment in a shop in Borovets? Is it possible to book with a ski school when I arrive? Finally, is it best to buy a ski pass on the internet rather than buy one one I arrive. I will really appreciate any replies as I leave on 3.1.04.

You can book everything you need there, the only problem is that it will cost about twice as much as it would have been if you booked your ski pack with your tour opperator when you purchased your holiday.
