Has anyone stayed at the Prespa - if so, would you recommend it? We've always gone with Balkan but I've found a good deal for next Feb with Thomson, staying at the Prespa. Do Thomson use the same ski centre and instructors as Balkan? The only difference, as far as I can see, is that with Thomson you book equipment, passes and ski school as separate items, rather than as a pack. I'd be grateful for any info ...
4 years ago we had some friends stay at the Prespa and it was very nice. We always go with Thomsons and stay at the Snezhanka which has always been great. we use the ski centre that you see on the web cam and the instrutors are all the same.We always book ski pack but we book at the travel agents and have always get a good deal.
Been to Prespa for the last 5 years, close to resort centre but quiet hotel, nice reception bar area, always managed to eat meals, always found them hot, while we were there this year Thomson rep in using a thermometer to test how hot meals were, couldn't hear what was being said but smiles on faces we were eating at time and meal was hot. This was first year we were cold in room, but they were helpful in rectifying although not as warm in room as previous years but someone said there room ...
