Anyone know how much it costs for a pint or a shot, moreover how much it costs to eat out ?Could do with knowing how much money I need to bring

Borovets is actually very expensive by bulgarian standards, a beer in the samokov or rila bars is about 4 lev for a pint but outside you will usually pay 3 lev but if you look you can find cheaper , or look out for buy 1 get one free deals.
food is fairly cheap steak and chips garlic bread and 2 pints lagar £10.
if you are looking for bargains take an afternoon off from the skiing and take the local bus ( stops outside the samokov hotel) to the town of samokov and you will see what i mean ...
