Prices for snowboards

Hi everyone.

I've booked for bansko for next feb and was wondering if anyone knows how much snowboards are to buy there? are they a lot cheaper then in the uk? If i buy my own i'd want a good one, any info on prices would be great.

not sure about snowboards, we were there at the end of the seasons and they were selling off the equipment, got a realy good price on boots but the skis werent any cheaper, dont know where you live but at xscape in castleford there is a shop does skis and boards got a good sale on at the minute and on some lines have demo model that you can take on the slope there and try before you buy. might be worth buying now as they are getting ride of last seasons stock for this years coming in.

Paul, the best deals are to be had in Pamporovo 2200 Leva in Bansko 22 in Pamps. I have heard that it is really crowded in Bansko at the time you are going as well.

I bought my boots bindings and board from the snow shack in pamps in Feb last season. The guys there are greatm they helped me with everything. I just got a cheap board as I have been boarding for less than a year and so want something that is not going to cost the earth to fix if I break it.
I think the whole lot cost me about 830 leva at the time.
I know this is completely irrelevant as you are not going to pamps, but it does give you an idea on prices.
