Has the prices of things gone up much since going into the Euro?

Not at all. They won't transfer to the Euro for some years yet so prices are as good as ever. Very Happy Booze

Going to Pams on the 27th. do I take Euro's or change up when I get there into levs?

I always take pounds (not torn and no writing on - seriously) and then change at the hotel when I get there. I also always make sure that I take enough Levs before leaving the UK just to tie me over on the first day.
