Private Lessons

Hi A group of us ( about 20 / 30 ) are travelling in Feb 17th for a week some of us are expierenced but need to do lessons any suggestions where we can book private skiing / snowboarding lessons. We are staying in Hotel pomporovo...

Just ask at the Melina (ski hire centre) on your first day for the skiers.

As for the boarders I would recommend seeing Ted or Gary at the Snowshack under the Markony Bar at the Melina. THEY ARE THE BEST IN TOWN.

Do a search for Steve's Ski School, Pamporovo on Google. I think it's www.skischoolsteve.com. I know their equipment is excellent quality. Ask for Stoian Sediankov or his wife, Rumy. They are both fantastic. Stoian used to be Head of the Ski School when there was only one school. He's an ex-international, great English, great fun and his wife is simply lovely. They're located at the Middle Station.

I take a large group from Ireland every year and we always ski with Malina Ski School (Private) they are absolutely brilliant with adults and children, have never known of anyone having received any injuries all through the years. On first morning at ski hut ask for Vasca or Emil. (they are also very cheap)

what is averagetime for a beginer who is hopfully coordinated, to be up and semi skiing.
