Problem with the Board?

Is there a problem with the board. I've been looking at a few of the threads and was just wondering if some of the replies have been deleted?

Only 18 sleeps to go!

I'm starting a new job next week - probably be sacked after the first day for over use of the internet as I am now addicted to this board!

Certain replys can be deleted if they are felt to be heading in a more adult direction I think, what with plenty of kids reading this!
