I'm just back from a great few days skiing in Bansko! It was a fantastic trip however the agency we booked through Profi Tours weren't the best. They double checked with us to get passport pictures for the ski passes or we wouldn't be able to get them, when we arrived we didn't need pics at all. They were impossible to contact, numbers we were given weren't answered etc, and the van collecting us for the aiport on the way back was 90 minutes late, so we made our flight to check in at 2, it ...

They double checked with us to get passport pictures for the ski passes or we wouldn't be able to get them, when we arrived we didn't need pics at all. They were impossible to contact, numbers we were given weren't answered etc, and the van collecting us for the aiport on the way back was 90 minutes late, so we made our flight to check in at 2, it left at 2.25! Luckily we phoned ahead and they left the desk open for us - British Airways! It was a totally brilliant holiday but I wouldn't book with them again for sure. We stayed in the Elegant Hotel, 36 euro per person per night, 2 mins walk from gondola - breakfast and dinner included. Make sure to arrive once buffet opens when everything is nice and hot
