Property Scam Thread

Many of you have recently posted on a thread concerning a property scam.

Today a post was added threatening legal action against BulgariaSki and some of it's posters due to the content and alligations mentioned in the thread.

I e-mailed the poster who appeared to come from the company in question, and it went through.

Whist I know many of you are very concerned about your investments, I have a duty to protect both the site owners and the posters from any possible legal action that ...

BulgariaSki are in no way responsible for other peoples actions or words - but please refrain from pursuing this topic on this discussion board in future.

Pete,

Maybe the site needs a clearer disclaimer to negate itself from any future legal risk.

i.e. make clear that any comments are the views of the poster and not necessarily of the website. Maybe such a disclaimer exists, but if so it is not very prominent.

Perhaps it could be added as a footnote to each post, or perhaps as a footnote on each thread. It only needs to be in small font. Booze
