Prospective Purchasers

Someone posted yesterday re purchasing in Bansko. There's a magazine in W.H. Smith entitled "Buying a Property in Eastern Europe" - it's a double mag pack (£5) with "Homes Worldwide". Anyway, there's a large fact-filled Bulgarian section covering all aspects of buy-to-let in Sofia, mountains and coast. It also features the Baltic States, Croatia, Czech Rep, Hungary, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Slovakia.

And probably entirely not independent. Sorry, I'm very suspect of these things. Besides, the market changes so quickly that a book is often way out of date by the timeit hits the shelves - I bet for example that they don't have anything about rule changes due to BGs accession to the EU in this book.

Every little helps though. Information is always handy, even if it does just get you to ask the right questions to which you get different answers to what you were expecting.

I've been looking for this rag for a while and don't seem to be able to track it down. Are we talking the January, February or March edition of the mag?
