Hi B Stuart,We have bought in the Perelik Palace. Act 16 inspection result was due on Friday. I have emailed today to get the result.
Which development have you bought in?

Hi Alpine AngelI have bought in Grand Monastery from Denevi and co. I have had the run around for the last 11 months regarding Act 16 and wont sign the deeds until I get it - even though I have paid in full!. It is at least a bit comforting to know that others are experiencing Act 16 delays and it isn't just my developer using it as a stalling tactic
Do let me know how you get on

Hi BS,Just heard today that Act 16 has been passed, our contract states that we didn't have to pay final payment untill it was done.
I am waiting for a copy to be sent from the Agent, we bought through homes 4 u they have been excellent with us.

Mr Mr what are you harping on about? I can't make head nor tail of your incoherent rant.Good luck James but I think you'll find it difficult to locate the other purchasers but it could well prove to be the way forward. Our act 16 took ages too but it did finally go through and get sorted, (still yet to receive an electricity bill 18 months on though?)

We purchased a condo in 2006 with 2 other couples, £20k each as I recall, the euro was over 1.4 then which helped. We've all used it once or twice and its nice to have it when we want it. For all the doom and gloom about Bansko if you're buying to use it and not with a view to making a killing on the rental income or the purchase price then its a nice place to invest and inexpensive in alpine terms.

Having spent seasons in New Zealand, USA, Chile and Argentina over the last few years the terrain is a bit limited to the advanced snowboarder but overall it has a lot to offer my friends and I.
I was merely trying to help the people who are struggling with their purchases and give them hope that everything will sort itself out. I can't see how your poor grammer and lack of having anything useful to say on the matter helps that's all?
