Mr Mr, The place is worth exactly £60k in my mind because that's what we happliy paid for it (£20k of which is mine) and because we don't want to or plan to sell. Would I have liked to paid less, yes of course, would I have paid more, yes.
Remember there's no such thing as negative equity if a) you don't want to sell and b) you have no mortgage.
Maybe in Argentina we could get something for that kind of money but the flight kind of puts you off don't you think?

Bansko isn't the be all and end all by any means and it won't be the only place I ride in any season but what it offers it does well. It's not the finished articule and they have made many mistakes to get to where they are but for me the next 5 to 10 years will be interesting and I look forward to seeing the town and resort develop and evolve.

I don't understand what is taking so long. My sister-in-law has a property in Bulgaria, she was told the complex was not ready but she found out later on that they had been renting the apartments out all along and she has had no rent at all. I asked in my last email to Ivo for the address and telephone number of the office that is responsible for protocol 16 to see where the complex was on there list, I never got an answer. last i heard from Ivo was Bdb4 are in the process of raising extra finance to install a new electrical transformer. Last week i received an e-mail from my solitictor telling me that Bdb4 were thin on cash and it would be best for me to get the tittle deeds incase bdb4 creditors claim against them we could lose are investments but in order for me to obtain my tittle deeds i would have to pay the delevlopers side of the notary transfer as they have not got no money but this way it ...

The latest corrispondance I have had from Ivo was on 26th June. He said there is a schedule on which BDB4 is working:
Step One 1. Receiving funds from outside institution for generator. Approximate time for achieving step one is two weeks.
2. After BDB4 receives the funds for the generator, the company that is hired to assemble the generator will do so. He said they have the parts so assembling the generator and transporting it to the complex should take approximately two weeks.
3.After the completeion of the generator and having it in place the commission for Protocol 16 can be appointed to finish up with the measurements and grant the Complex the act of use (Protocol 16) Approximate time of achieving step three is two weeks to a month depending on the work of the commission.
I received all this information on Friday 26th June 2009. A lot of TWO WEEKS have passed and I have heard nothing more.

No I have not, I have to get my deeds and were quoted 1,200.00 euro and will have to pay maintenance fees but I have received no correspondence at all from BDB4 Ltd
for anything else.
