lIKE I SAID BEFORE MY SOLICITOR HAS INFORMED ME BDB4 HAVE NO MORE FUNDS TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT AND MY ADVICE IS TO DO ALL IN YOUR POWER TO GET THE DEEDS TO PREVENT THE BAILIFFS SELLING THE APARTMENTS -IF YOU HAVE THE DEEDS YOU LEGALY OWN THE APARTMENT AND IF YOU DONT THE DEVELOPER OWNS THEM AND WILL HAVE THEM REPOSSESSED.

I have been trying to get my deeds this i am finding difficult .Am i the only one or are other people in the same possition.the solicitor recommended by them does not seem to be trying very hard and seems to want a lot of money to do anything.has anyone got there deeds? i would like to hear from as many owners in tworivers as possible to maybe do something as a group quickly before we loose are apartments

Just discovered this website & we're in the same situation. No deeds for our apartment in Two Rivers, no replies to our e-mails to Ivo. We are willing to become involved in group action, does anyone have any ideas how to proceed.

Hi folks

I sent an e-mail to Ivo asking him if he could confirm if the complex will be open this coming ski season as i would like to book flights now- he could not confirm this - i then e-mailed him and asked what about the following summer season again he could not confirm this. I was wondering if he has giving any other information to you guys?

In my last email from Ivo on 17th Sept he said "We are on phase two right now – assembling the new generator. I will have more news for you in the coming couple of weeks".

So waiting to see.

Just found this page, we too have an appartment in Two Rivers and we are in the same situation as everyone else and would like to get in touch with others to move this project on.
