HiI am in the same position as yourselves.
I have been trying to contact BDB4 now for some weeks with no reply. I was told 2 months ago that they were hoping to rent the appartment out this winter but still have heard no more.

Hi Everyone who has an apartment at 2 Rivers,
I have just found out that the owners of 2 Rivers have deceided to change Two Rivers into an HOTEL. They do not have any money at present to open the complex so are going to try and raise capital by asking us owners to pay more money up front. The change will have its complications and I do not know the details. We will all be getting a phone call from a Guy in Ireland informing us of the change and if we want to sign up to the new deal.
