Tony,no i have not and i cant get in touch with ivo and my solicitor is trying to find out if he can get them for me. I did ask my solicitor months ago if i could have the deeds and he advised me not to take them until they reach Protocol 16. Now this has happened. I feel i have been let down by everyone and no one can help. My solicitor did state yesterday that as yet the company have not gone into liquidation. Do you have your deeds? when did you get them?

I have spoken to neil from wwp who i have bought my apartment from and i have spoken 2 him about the jsc he is forming in the 2rivers complex i have expressed my fears about switching my deeds for becoming a share holder in bdb4 . Now that he has answer all my questions i am now in favour of joining the jsc because it is the only way we can all take ownership of the complex and get it up and running as BDB4 have no money to complete the complex and get it up and running and if it ...

Now that he has answer all my questions i am now in favour of joining the jsc because it is the only way we can all take ownership of the complex and get it up and running as BDB4 have no money to complete the complex and get it up and running and if it is not done this way we will all be in for another long wait untill the current owner finds the funds-so i susguest every 1 on this forum contacts wpp to have any questions they have to be answered to them to give them a better picture of how the wpp will work-after talking to them you will find out how we can get better returns from rental contracts which bdb4 are offering us plus you can still use the complex 4 weeks per year free of charge and in the bad state of the Bansko property market this offers the best exit striagity for any 1 wishing to sell there investment- i suguest every 1 on this forum contact neil from wwp on his mobile 07715502297 or their office in Northen Ireland 02838367702- he will explain why this is the best way forward for us all to have a investment we can all benifit from- so its like this if we all dont take ownership of this complex it will take years to be open so im up 4 it.Plus wwp from Northern ireland will manage the jsc not the developer and ivo how up to now are bloody useless.

Dont you think the way to go forward would be for this company wwp to arrange to have a meeting with everyone who has apartments at Two Rivers. Cant believe anyone wants to sign their apartments over for shares, we certainly dont!re: Protocol(Act) 16
