One of the other investors contacted me a few weeks ago as he when over to bulgaria to find out for himself what was going on- after meeting Ivo and killan in Sofia they took him to see the delevopment - he told me the out door pool was unfinished =the lobby area was still unfirnished and still there was no electric- he was also concerned about dampness ruining the apartments- He then told me what i already know is that BDB4 have no money to complete the complex and they cannot ...

Has anybody actually signed over their title deeds in exchange for shares? What are people doing? are you all just holding tight hoping bdb will gain money to complete? Does anyone not have their title deeds as yet as i still dont have mine and am having much difficulty in getting them. Can anyone help?Donna

if your apartment is sealed and has double glazinf it should be fine even in the winter. Bansko is quite low so temperatures there rarely get very cold. it would help of course to have heating on it some section of the buildingre: Protocol(Act) 16

I think the reason you have not been contacted by BDB4/WWP is because you already have your tittle deeds.BDB4 honoured the tittle deeds to anyone one who requested them at the early stage of the process- now that BDB4 no longer has no money i consulted World Wide Porperties who i bought my apartment through- they explianed to me that Killan(BDB4) has went bust and the complex wont open untill when he finds money- so most of the people in 2rivers cannot get their deeds- WWP have ...

I think the reason you have not been contacted by BDB4/WWP is because you already have your tittle deeds.BDB4 honoured the tittle deeds to anyone one who requested them at the early stage of the process- now that BDB4 no longer has no money i consulted World Wide Porperties who i bought my apartment through- they explianed to me that Killan(BDB4) has went bust and the complex wont open untill when he finds money- so most of the people in 2rivers cannot get their deeds- WWP have complianed to the main BDB body about BDB4 breaking away and then going bust- it is this reason why WPP want to get every one who have not got their deeds to join the JSC so this method we can secure our ownership of our investment in the form of Share holders in the 2rivers complex- remember when the jsc is formed it is the jsc members who are in controll of the running of the complex- if we are not happy by the returns of Rental dividends we can get vote wwp and bdb out as after all we are the share holders they are just mangaging it for us- but i have faith in them as they have money coming in from Bdb to finish the comlex and get it up and runnning to run it as a hotel- and if ant one who joins the jsc does not like the way it is run it is inthe jsc contract after 5 years of operation you can switch your jsc share back for your apartment. This is the only short time fix- if not could be many more years folks- as i said before every one on this forum phone Neil from WWP ON 07715502297 and he will explain how this can work and get our hotel up and running ASAP dont worry he does'nt bite-
