So we're bringing our 1 year old with us on the 26th and are stuck deciding which pushchair to bring.
Last year we had our travel system which was the frame and infant car seat (which helped with the transfers as he was only 6 weeks old at the time).

This year he's somewhat larger and instead of bringing the car seat (transfer company will provide one) with the travel system, we could bring the stroller type seat, but this makes the system quite heavy and bulky. But should be quite usable on snowy pavements/streets.
We have another McLaren style pushchair which is dead light and very comfortable for him. It can also fold away very compact and would be easier to travel with. Only issue is that the wheels are quite small and I doubt would cope on snowy pavements and streets as well.
I've toyed with the idea of getting mini skis to strap to the wheels, but really unsure if it would work.
Where are you staying? it might be worth asking if you can borrow/hire a pushchair for the week from someone in the resort?
When we travelled with ours at a similar age we just brought the back pack (that a child is carried in) and then borrowed a pushchair to use in the resort. Until you get here you don't know what the resort is like in terms of snow. It might be that it is no use for a pushchair at all if there is quite a bit of snow and a back pack might be more useful.

It is of course handy to have a pushchair for the child to fall asleep in when you are out in the restaurants.
We're staying at Borovets Gardens. The owner of the apartment is kindly arranging a travel cot for us to use. I could always find out about availability of pushchairs. Never thought of that.
We have a baby carrier that we planned on bringing too.
