As far as I can tell, it depends on the time of year ... was there in 2007 and we walked straight on every day almost always getting a pod to ourselves. Off there again on Saturday and hoping for the same

re: Q's at the gondola

We were there from the 6th of Feb, and walked on also. School & Public holidays seem to be the problem times.

Therefore, I find it hard to believe that people continue to talk about a 2nd gondola. It is my opinion that it isnt required.

It would make more sense to open the gondola at 8.00am instead of 8.30am, and if possible to increase the speed by 5-10%. It would also make sense for Ulen to stagger the times of their schools at busy periods.

If it is this simple to cure a problem, ...

If it is this simple to cure a problem, then I cant see the 2nd gondola ever being built in Bansko, unless it is going to service a different ski area on the mountain.
