just had alook at sunny beach site as some of you been talking about it. Is it coincedence or are sunny beach pete and pamporovo pete one and the same person?

Food ropey as most places in bulgaria still getting up to speed on the way the west like it! costs are good, hotels are mostly new and of good standard!

i much prefered golden sands we only went into sunny beach for the day but much of it was like a building site.going to try albena this summer i think

Sunny Beach is fantastic... and Bulgaria has some of the cleanest, safest and prettiest beaches in the whole of Europe. Hotels are fine as long as you book 4* minimum.

Great nightlife, hundreds of bars catering for all tastes, water parks, cruises, fishing, stacks of shops and very hot weather.

Never yet been to a better resort in Europe!

The place and the food is great (where ive eaten anyway) maybe above poster was unlucky with food all week LOL

I would book self catering as eating out in the beach front restaurants is great. Food in hotels if hb or fb can be a bit dodgey

Albena is not very nice full of tired looking hotels and a lack of traditional Bulgarian atmosphere. Also found it more expensive than SB
