Queues ? In Borovets

What are the lift gondola, queues like this year in Borovets?
We are going mid term ! Family never skied before, so am anxious all will go well.
Do kids (7yr old) all get helmets.?

Buy your own helmet at least you know its history a bit like kids car seats you need to know they have not been involved in a big crash and you dont with hired ones. Cant be too careful with heads and brains and things Razz
