I have an annual policy with the Post Office, which includes winter sports, and covers my children too.
My son fell on ice snowboarding on a blue run on Jan 1st (good start to the year!) and broke a wrist.
At the medical centre I was asked what my excess was (we're talking insurance here!) - £50 - and charged 145 levs.
Returning home I rang them for a claim form, thinking I could claim for the 4 days of unused snowboard pack.
I sent the form and required documents off on Monday ...
