Thinking of going back to Boro around the 15th Dec, bit silly but is everthing still open as normal ?? just been looking at the archive webcam and the place looks empty but bucket loads of snowre: Quick question
Snow was early this year. The instructors have trials in December when the snow arrives, so some lifts are opened. You may be lucky but best to watch for snow before jumping on a plane.Arrived one year for Christmas - no snow but by next morning we were skiing, even on lower slopes. If you are making your own arrangements and are not tied to school holidays, January can be good but cold. Christmas and New Year usually has snow, great atmosphere but busy. Not everything will be open before Christmas but enough. If there's snow, the locals and BG ski teams will make the most of it.
