R the conditions in Boro as bad as all the hype?

Is it really all doom and gloom ? Looking at the webcam there is still snow on the roofs, it does look like its melting but slowly so I suppose there is hope !!!! And that is the bottom station. The snow reports I have seen say it will start to snow late Wednesday early Thursday. Fingers crossed it will be enough to get us going in 9 days time !!!!!!
Does anyone know what the chances of going to the top and going off piste is (The walk is a bit off putting tho)?

borovets has no snow at all!!!no lifts other than the buttons are open - all very disappointing

Was there last week and there was very little snow. The gondola was running for 3 days but the stones were exposed making it almost impossible to ski at top!re: R the conditions in Boro as bad as all the hype?
Maybe all the hype is true. Sounds like it needs a fair dump of snow before I go in ten days. Gutting really, but there you go!Thank you for letting us know.

We are going to Boro on the 8th... Am getting very nervous now about the lack of snow...

I was getting VERY concerned but the regulars seem to think this is normal'ish and I have seen conditions in other places change over night before in a big way.It will take some beer to drown my sorrows if there is no snow, but I'm up to the challenge if need be
Since I posted this all the forecasts and conditions seem to have changed. Lets hope it stays that way

we were there last week and the tour people said it was the least snowy christmas for at least 26 years.. they seemed to think we should be honoured to have experienced it!
ah well..stil had fun and got to go up the top for 3 days until it got too rocky again
