Railings on Bankso Web Cam

Anyone know what the railing on the Bansko Web Cam are for?

Also has anyone else ever thought that the little up hill bit directly where the web cam points should be levelled off so that you dont have 50 yards slogging up hill to get to start of the gentle blue back to the Gondola (it would also stop people needing to ski so fast down the slope to the left to get enough speed to come round the corner - where loads of people congregate). Just a thought!!

Fair point, but it is getting lower season by season...
The railings are temporary, there have been some groundworks up the valley and they stopped the lorries chewing up the ground...

Ha, but it's a fair point... definitely a slog, especially at the end of the day when being tired is a factor lol Very Happy
