Rakia

Right folks, whats all this i hear about no snow. Eh, Eh!?!?! Well, last i heard there was a wee bulgarian drink called Rakia (sp). Now, surely this would have a profound effect on snow conditions? Get a few of those down yer neck and who cares how much snow there is. YOu will be bigger and stronger than before. Rocks and tree stumps poking out of the snow will have little consequence. You will be invincible!

lol, agree on that point! I had some rakia last year with our New Year's dinner and had to be carried home. They don't call it fire water for nothing! (of course it could have been the red wine and champagne aswell).

as regards to this god awful drink called rakia, i had the unfortunate expierence of having to carry some one home after a certain new years dinner (no names mentioned) when i was in bulgaria. God help me when we go again at the end of this month.

A tip: when the waiters give you Rakia don't down it to get rid of quick and be polite because the waiters will be straight over to re-fill your glass! unless of course yoy like it!!
