Really now next week?

Everyone here is saying that there is really going to be some old snafu next week in bulgaria, pamps i hope as im going on the 27th. Where have you heard this i mean the web cam pic looks like my local park to be honest. Pretty &^%$ in my opinion. Better bo some snow ill be REAL anoyed.
